I like this Fridays the day time is made super special by Antoine AKA fudgie.
Do your self a favor sit at the bar and tip him well.
I cant speak for the night crowd, but if you come during the day you will be treated well. The hostess Korina! is super kewl (socks and all) and Fudgie will make you have a great time.
thank you team -

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and for whatever reason she wanted to go to this restaurant. There were six of us and they told us there would be a 25 minute wait. Half of the restaurant was empty!! There was no evident manager anywhere. They took fifteen minutes to seat a couple.
After waiting over 20 minutes, a waitress came up to us and said there was a stop from the kitchen on serving the dining room, they were so far behind.
I don't anticipate going back to this restaurant at all. It was not particularly clean and very poorly run. By the way, this occurred on a Saturday evening. -

Tried to eat here with the family... when we arrived the place was empty (maybe 2 customers) and we were told we have to wait so they could clean a table..... I have no time or patience for these Shenanigans.
If they were empty and had nothing to do why wasn't the table cleaned before we got there??? Or better yet how about the other 50+ empty tables that were available, or were all those dirty too?!
We walked out... -

Restaurant was fairly empty and every server was in training... wasn't a good experience but killed a few hours in the process

Came here on a Saturday night from 7p-8p. We ate at Friday's because we had gift cards but we usually do not come here. I noticed lots of bad Yelp reviews but I must say our dining experience was pretty good. Not very busy and we got seated right away. The AC was blasting but we did not complain. Another table got seated in the same area and they complained of the cold and asked to be moved. The hostess acknowledged and said she would try to get it turned off. However, this never happened.
Our waitress was friendly but service was slow and everything just took a while. I was impressed with the drink menu. Tons of options and nicely organized. Friday's also includes calories for every single item which I must admit deterred me from ordering certain drinks and food. But on the other hand I appreciated this.
I ordered the Watermelon Cooler and wow it was amazing. New Amsterdam peach vodka, fresh watermelon, and house-made fresh agave sour. Drink was refreshing and had a nice sour kick to it.
The menu has a lot of options but no healthy type options. My husband and I went with cheeseburgers, real classic, right? But our burgers were cooked perfectly, which even fancy places can never seem to get the cook on meat right. The Friday's sauce had a good tang to it. Seasoned fries were good but they were a bit cold. We were very happy with our meal and ate it all.
Lots of food and drink options. But service a bit slow, especially when it wasn't very busy inside. Overall, good experience at a chain restaurant.
